Scottish Raspberry & Rose Sheesecake

» I was gifted a selection of Bute Island Cheeses (sheese) as part of the ongoing veganuary campaign. As always, all comments and opinions are fair, honest and completely my own. «

You might have seen on Instagram that the lovely people over at Bute Island Foods sent us a huge box of ‘sheese’ recently…

Sheese Selection

We couldn’t be more grateful to them for sharing the sheese love and I guess you’re probably wondering what on earth we did with it all, right?

Well, so far, we’ve made a bloody gorgeous colcannon bake following a recipe provided by the brand and I did some research online for a yummy sheese-based dessert and discovered a really lovely recipe for a raspberry and rose swirl sheesecake {scroll down on the linked page to view}.

I couldn’t find a sieve (I know we moved with one so god knows where it’s gone?) so I wasn’t able to remove the pips but that’s fine, I smoothed it over the top and it was beautiful!

We’re also planning a greek-style salad and a pasta dish with the remaining products, the possibilites are endless!

Do you know any good ‘sheese’ recipes?
